Return & Refund Policy
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item if you are not content with your purchase, and we will handle your request for a return or exchange. We won't honor any requests that are submitted beyond 30 days. Please be sure to get in touch with us by email as soon as possible ([email protected]).
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Item/s will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.
- Please note: We do not accept the return of any fake products unless defective or faulty.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your Paypal payment method within a 2-3 day period.
General Return Process
- Start a comeback: For further information, send us an email at [email protected] provide images and/or videos of the merchandise along with your order number. Within three business days, a member of our customer service team will assess if your return request is eligible.
- Return the item: Should your return be approved, we will provide you with the return address and details on where to mail your parcel. (Note: Unauthorized returns of merchandise will not be allowed). We will not be liable for lost returns or exchanges, so we advise you to send your return or exchange using a shipping method that includes a signature and tracking information.
- Return or exchange: We will examine the item within three to five working days after receiving your return or exchange, at which point we will either offer a replacement for the exchange or give a refund.
Costs
- In the event that the return is the result of our errors (such as wrong products or product quality issues), you will receive a complete refund;
- Should the customer's issue (such as: not liking/wanting the item, ordering the incorrect product/size) be the reason for the return, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Policies
- It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
- All purchases (except Final sale/Clearance item(s),Free Gift, Swimwear, Underwear, Panties and Accessories) can be returned within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order. Note:You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
- Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. Note:Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Order Cancellations
- We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
- Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
Non-returnable items:
We regretfully cannot accept returns for items that are on sale or for customer-inflicted damage to the product.
Exchanges
Making a separate purchase for the new item after your existing item is accepted for return is the quickest approach to be sure you receive what you want.
